So I had a plan to connect my SNES and NES to my arcade cabinet with PSX padhacks, but it has gone poorly for the NES.
I successfully built a SNES to NES adapter that works with real SNES controllers, but it's not working with a Tototek PSX->SNES converter.
So I opened up the Tototek and noticed it has jumper selects for SNES or FC. I made the change but still no dice. I do see there are un-populated components and perhaps I can fill them and make it switchable. The crystal might need to be swapped as well (I might give up there).
So could anyone perhaps take a hi-res photo of their Tototek PSX to FC (or FC clone) converter PCB? This might lead to a cool hack.
Thanks in advance.
Anyone with a Tototek PSX to FC controller converter?

Re: Anyone with a Tototek PSX to FC controller converter?
After taking a closer look at the tototek pcb I'm giving up. The required components probably contain code and won't coexist with the snes ones.
I'm not sure if the NES and SNES have the same clock frequency, but I suspect they don't. The snes controller still works because it's fed from the console. But the tototek has it's own crystal and is negotiating two serial protocols.
Don't make my mistake! Get a PSX to FC and a FC to NES adapter instead.
