Shmup Dreams - share yours

I had a great dream last night about shmups last night. In it I visit an arcade that I have visited before in different dreams but each time I play a different game and the games look gorgeous because my imagination makes an already great game look that much better. I sat down at an Astro City and played ESPGaluda, it was indescribably colorful, this is the game that got me into CAVE so it holds a special place in my mind as I remember discovering it on mame back in 10'. In other dreams I've dreamt of Mushihimesama, with soft white aerial backgrounds and with translucent amber bullets from Hibachi's last attack from DDP, and it was in arena mode.
Another dream involved a DFK with so much purple it looked like one of those nightmare games from that one doujin shmup creator.(help me with the name) Lastly, I dreamt of this black and white game that I completely made up, you feed the cab a coin and in loads rocket fuel to a missile carrying a probe at its head. After a while it decides to take off but the fuel gage decreases rapidly so you have to continuously throw in coins but if you add to many all at once the weight causes the rocket to crash and the probe then flies back to the start. It doesn't end there, you then have to essentially play a shmup, use your laser to kill baddies on your way back, and if you land in the spot where you began you get all your coins back and more, which I did. I was happy.

Well, a couple of weeks ago I dreamed I managed to track down an incredibly rare copy of battle bakraid for the sega saturn,ordered from one of my usual importers for about £349.00.There seemed to to be some problem with the order going through online,which made me break out in a cold sweat.Eventually I got a confirmation email and it was all good! It arrived the next day,I managed to unpack it and left it on the side for later...it wasn't to be.I woke up and that was that.

I don't have that many shmup related dreams. I do recall a recent one where there was a new Touhou game out, and there was a shota character in it. It would be interesting if it came true at some point.

For someone who has pretty intense dreams and grew up with videogames, I've never dreamed about them. I have, however, dreamed that I had a tated candy cab.
