Goosebump-worthy Awesome Movie Turning Points

Recently rewatched Pulp Fiction, and it got me thinking: there are several awesome movie turnarounds out there that render the film absolutely badass. Off the top of my head:

Pulp Fiction - Butch decides to save Marcellus Wallace
Aliens - Ripley takes control and rescues the surviving Marines
Return of the Jedi - Vader decides to kill the Emperor
Terminator 2 - Sarah Conner re-encounters the Terminator
Eastern Promises - Viggo is raised to power, then wins the bathhouse brawl

the moment at the end where it's revealed that the protagonist (I forget his name but he was played by Jack Black iirc) is actually a resident of the island, and the entire detective persona was a delusion of his, and the entire island was role-playing along with him in order to cure it.

That's more of a plot twist, but really thats an amazing turning point that I love about it and how it literally explains everything.

Although the Black Swan sex scene ranks up there with the worst porn in terms of suspension of disbelief. I will say I do get awe-inspired chills when recalling Mark Wahlberg's man meat.

Just b/c they weren't wearing Birkenstocks doesn't mean they wouldn't have totally boned... I just imagined more moaning.

I will say that I felt all sorts of emotions when watching Boogie Nights. For some reason, I went with a group that included my sister who is a missionary. Hearing Julianne Moore say "just cum on my stomach and tits" was a little eye opening. Although I'd say Heather Graham's lovely boobies are proof of the existence of God.
