Sony pvm 14L5 color problems

I recently purchased a sony pvm 14L5 on ebay and upon receiving it I saw some glaring issues. When testing games the colors looked washed out and when something red was in the top right of the screen it faded to an orange color. So I decided to get the wii 240p test suite to look at what might be the problem. There was an issue with the red colors. And also some geometry issues. I took some pictures to see if you guys can tell me if this is something I can fix or if I need to ask for a refund from the seller. Thanks

I actually have the same problem with my PVM-14L5, where colors in the top right corner tend to be more dull/have a greenish tint. I've been trying to find why and if there is a fix but I haven't had much luck.
