Fight Stick Reccomendation

Hey Guys,

Aside from shmups, I'm into fighting games, and I'm looking for a good choice for a fight stick. I don't really know where to start, I'd love something that can do both my PS3 and Xbox360. I also have a few fighters for my PS1 and PS2 and Saturn. I'll be getting a dreamcast soon as well, and there's a few shmups and fighters I want for that system too.

I don't suppose there's a fight stick that's compatible with both the 360 and PS3, but also decent? Perhaps there's a combination of parts I can use to get the desired effect? Like a certain stick + controller adapters?

I don't really want a collection of sticks for different systems, just one for myself and player 2 that would work across multiple systems?

Total Control and Total Control 3 adapters for Dreamcast worked for all games and accessories I've tried them with (from Sega Saturn wheel to some PSX arcade stick), but I doubt one unmodded stick and a couple of adapters will suffice.

There are a good amount of really nice Qanba sticks that work for ps3/360. Even some prefitted with LS-32s which I prefer for shmups (not so much for fighting games)

They are a bit pricey for whats now last gen though..
