xcapture-1 with AmarecTv

Post by crazylazer526 »

Hi i recently purchased an Xcapture-1 and i can't seem to make it work with amarecTV. I use a super famicom with composite cables plugged into the xcapture-1. Whenever i choose a resolution in amarec i get this error message:

I have no clue what to do. I'm also waiting for an RGB cable to plug into the xsync-1 so i get RGB quality instead, but right now i've had nothing but bad luck with amarec. The xcapture-1 works fine in other programs like OBS and videokeeper2 (the software that comes with the xcapture-1) but i really want to use amarec. If anyone had any earlier experience with xcapture-1 and amarec please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

Can you put up a screenshot of Config > Graph1(Device) tab. I suspect the format you're trying to capture is incorrect for the setup you currently have.

Besides agreeing with the poster above, do you also have composite selected in the device settings screen in Amerec? That could be part of the problem.
