I don't care much about the existence of a ten commandments statue, but the fact that Christians think it's OK to construct their religious monuments on public property without being willing to construct monuments from other religions pisses me off. It's all or nothing, that's why it's best to keep government space secular in the first place. Christianity is far and away the greatest bane on American society.

FWIW I wouldn't be surprised if after the Wisconsin debacle that union supporters had their numbers jump, but I am inclined to say that union activists are more popular than atheists have been. Of course the numbers for atheists will change with the demographic shift to young people. Also, at least in '11 Tea Partiers were less favorably viewed than atheists, so there's that: Having a label attached is one thing, but I think people respond more strongly to actual news events and the earnest affiliation of people with some view. In this case, Tea Partiers were associated (and in many cases happy to associate with) a whole range of practices and beliefs viewed by many people as unscrupulous.

Novus Ordo Seculorum is mistranslated, too: It means New Order of the Ages, which refers to the Declaration of Independance, as indicated below (1776).
Annuit Coeptis is also incorrectly translated: It means "He approves of what has been started" ("He" referring to God I assume, as indicated by the all-seeing eye)

We all remember the meek Christian kids at school, the ones with straight A grades, who could drive early, never drank, went on to own businesses ect.. yeah, the stupid people.

the indiegogo thing reached its goal. the whole thing is hilarious btw. but i shouldnt complain, where i stay, I have got more than 10 temples, mosques and churches combined within a 5 km radius. Now I imagine all of that going off in the morning at 6 for call to prayers. (sun rise is around 6:30)
