NTSC games outputting 50 Hz on PAL Dreamcast?

Are there any games at all that won't run at 60 Hz on a PAL Dreamcast, neither by hook nor by crook?
Also, is there any list of DC PAL games outputting 60 Hz straight out of the box?
The rear gate is closed down
The way out is cut off
