I have a Dell U2311H. It's a bit old now but it's perfect; no TN grossness, perfect viewing angles regardless of rotation (which it can do with its stock stand), and the least lag of any PC monitor I've experienced. Its immediate successor, the U2312HM, was great too (replacing the CCFL backlight with LED). I haven't personally seen the current iteration though.

It's nice to see the U2312HM is still widely available.
Didin't know they switched to LED backlighting, now I wonder if it's PWM or PWM-free...

I would have recommended the BenQ GW range which now all have PWM-free backlighting, but they don't come with a rotative stand.
(It is possible to buy one separately though)
Nice VA panels with good blacks and efficient response time acceleration.
