anyone have experience with Chankast???

hey, i thought id go crazy and try to get ikaruga for a chankast emulator i just found out about. i have the .cdi and BIOS's.

a few questions - where do i put the bios's,
and what does the error "Can't locate any input plugin" mean.

how can i get this game to work.
