Sync Stripper Question
Does a sync stripper boost the signal anything or does it leave the sync signal level the same as the input composite?

Re: Sync Stripper Question
Not trying to jack a thread but I actually have a sync stripper question. I have an XM-29 and had some SCART to BNC cables built, but shortly after arriving found out that the XM-29 doesn't accept composite video as sync and was wondering what is the best setup to go for with this situation.

Re: Sync Stripper Question
Is it possible to chop up a USB cable and use that to power the sync stipper, it should be 5v 1a right?

Re: Sync Stripper Question
A sync strike to accept RGB SCART with a DSUB15 output (with clean sync) and then DSUB15 to BNC (cables available on eBay).Aguilar wrote:Not trying to jack a thread but I actually have a sync stripper question. Re: Sync Stripper Question
Certainly plausible, although 500ma's is all that is required for a SS circuit.22point8 wrote:Is it possible to chop up a USB cable and use that to power the sync stipper, it should be 5v 1a right?
