You're dreaming ... or more likely, being fooled by some jpeg compression artifacts. I just looked at a higher resolution image of that artwork and those are clearly just regularly-spaced slots.

I'm not a Cave fan.
This DOJ image is in the background of my screen because, well, it's a nice background and available in hi-res.
I've not been looking for anything, but I've once looked at my screen from some distance, and I've seen... this.
