Kenny's Grand Game Giveaway 2013 - Steam/Desura/Origin

So.

From various indie bundles over the years, I've ended up with a bunch of Steam and Desura keys that could serve better purposes. Because I don't use Steam or Desura and I'm not likely to start using Steam or Desura so I only buy the bundles because there's also DRM-free downloads, here's Kenny's grand game giveaway 2013! Also with some bonus keys from an internet friend who said he'd throw in some keys he had to give away too. There's twenty bundles and fifty-seven individual games up for grabs here, some with multiple keys available.

So yeah.

There's some rules for how this will go down. Read them. Live by them. Die by them.

No, really, read through them all if you want to request a key. Breaking a rule doesn't mean you get banned from requesting, it just means I'll ignore your request. Breaking them repeatedly still doesn't mean you get banned, but you'll get a penalty.

First come, first serve.
You can request keys either on the forum by posting in this thread or sending me a PM, or on IRC by private messaging me (so no public IRC requests). Forum has slightly higher priority and accepts requests all the time, whereas on IRC requests that come in while I'm noted as sleeping (Kenny|ZZZ on #shmups, KennyManZZZ anywhere else) or while I'm away are only going to be fulfilled if no one on the forum has claimed that key by the time I return. Also, if you request on IRC while I'm gone and you're not online when I return and see the request, it will be ignored. Try highlighting me first, I usually respond to that right away if I'm at the computer. Addendum: Also taking PM requests on forums associated with the IRC channels I link this topic in. Same rules apply.
If making a post to request, you must bold the game or bundle name, and also include what platform you want it for even if it's only available on one of them. If sending a forum PM, game or bundle name must be included in the subject line - prefered subject format is "[Steam/Desura/Origin] key request - [game/bundle name]", but that's not a hard rule. Shortening the name is acceptable if it doesn't fit in the subject line.
Only one request per 24 hours per person. If you request something and someone got it before you, you can request another immediately, though. Also, only one bundle per person. I'd prefer to have these things go out to as many different people as possible, and I've realized I don't care how long this giveaway takes, so don't expect any of these two rules to go anywhere.
DLC keys always come with the game, so no requesting DLC keys separate from the game.
Turns out? This was necessary after all. So, to emphasize: No requests by accounts created after this topic was posted will be accepted. IRC requests will only be taken if I know who you are but given that I'll only link the topic in channels where effectively everyone goes under "I know who you are", not much of an issue.

Everything not specifically noted as having something more or else has one Steam key available. I will update this topic as much as I can with what's been taken already.

I have no idea how these keys work so everything here will be presented as is.

Man, I'm sorry you couldn't see which game I wanted in that huge post of mine. I don't know why the rules (which I did look through, promise) has to be a gigantic wall of text; you're making this too hard. I would really rather the other game in the bundle could go to somebody else, but I guess I'll try again...

Probably would be better to give a short explanation why people have to take the bundle instead. I see why that is now, but it's been a year since I've been on Steam and I didn't know how bundles work

To clear that up, with the current rules it's one request per 24 hours, no matter if it's for a single game or a bundle, and you can only get one bundle in total for now. Might change later, depends on how many bundles are left after a week or so.

Anyway, it's been sorted out in PM, and Hotline Miami is now gone.

Introversion bundle is worth it for Uplink alone, great hacker game. DEFCON is also a good strategy game (thermonuclear war!), although I never got too much into it.

A friend on IRC grabbed Hard Reset and also gave me four more Steam keys to include in the giveaway, so Legend of Grimrock, Shank 2, Snapshot and The Binding of Isaac are now available as single games!

Also, what that guy said about the Introversion bundle. Uplink and Defcon are fucking amazing and I need to play more Darwinia.

As this is your first and only post on the forum as well, it implies you created the account solely to get a free game, but that's not happening. I would like Binding of Isaac. It looks fun, but I've never heard of the other games in the Voxatron bundle. Deciding whether to just ask for Isaac on its own or the bundle, since other people may be more interested in those other games. Anyone play any of the others and find them neat?
