Trying to run Alltynex FM-Towns version

I downloaded the FM Towns version of Alltynex from Siter Skain's little archive of their past games and for some reason I can't get it to work in Unz. There's no files I can boot as disk images/HDD images and the readme says something about a .EXP file but I don't know if I should open it with Unz or not. :?

I do not emulate, but on the real machine. You simply copy the directory and all files to the HDD. Then register the .EXP with TownsOS, then simply launch the registered icon. Standard procedure on a Towns, nothing special.
