@trap15: don't underestimate german customs.

When you import a hardcore DVD and the shipment gets opened in FFM for a customs check, it gets seized and you get reported to the public prosector (but it get suspended later on). If you have the parcel labeled in a way that it gets taken directly to your local customs office, it's no problem. You'll get it if they see that you're 18+ years old. Same goes for Anime, Hentai or Ecchi games like this one.

If the the covers or the shots on the back get VERY explicit and the girls are VERY young, you might be looking at confiscation and a lawsuit for acquiring child or youth pornography. Here laws are kinda blurry right now. On the one hand, even adult porn with girls looking as if they could THEORETICALLY be underage, is critical and subject to prosecution, on the other hand jurisdiction got softer on child and youth pornography in "fiction" as you can read here http://www.lawblog.de/index.php/archive ... che-texte/

Your best choice is using a courier like Fedex, UPS or DHL....

they will most likely extract the game code and censor out any juicy bits.. put it all back together and ship it to you with a big invoice for their time.

that alone won't help, unless you're having experience with that particular seller. there will have to be an invoice stuck to the outside of the parcel so they can check for the value of the goods.
and even then there's no guarantee that you'll be safe. i've had a parcel arrive once that was opened and checked by customs anyways

yeah, but technically this means private to private without a sale. Anything eBay related is commerce and it will get confiscated (if it's opened).
