Guardian Heroes jp language barrier

Post by captain ahar »

not being a jp speaker, will i have any problems with the game? basically, is reading at all important to fulfilling a mission?

i want it real bad, but the us version is priced very bitchily. also, Panzer bandit is another game i am looking at getting, any opinions on which i should give priority? thanks peeps.
I have no sig whatsoever.

There are a couple of points in GH where you have to decide what path to take, so you'd probably just hafta experiment a bit and scratch down which menu choice takes you to which stage...most of the rest of the text is just story and whatnot, so that depends on how important the plot is to you. As for the controls and such, I'm sure there are probably FAQs for characters' moves.

You might also want to go for the PAL version, if you're able to play PAL games without the image getting messed up.

The script for the game is on gamefaqs you'll have no problem at all.

theres even a map with all of the routes and possible endings aswell.

I own the pal guardian heroes, and honestly its a good game no doubt but really unless your playing in 2 player its a bit boring even with the gold guy, plot wise its a bit weak.

panzer bandit is ment to be good as you know but I'd say go with guardian.

Give me a streets of rage 4 anyday. or 2 or 3 for that matter.

If you play GH enough, you'll end up skipping through all the text anyway regardless of the language you've got it in. There's a pretty jumbled and convoluted plot, but it doesn't make a whole lot of difference to the experience, and as said above, you've got other resources available.
