DVDO Edge Remote - Quirky ?

Hi,

Would anyone please be able to advise me if the DVDO Edge remote control is a bit quirky when trying to get it to work. Pressing the menu button seems to get no response, however, putting the unit into standyby then back turning on via the remote then pressing the menu button works OK.

Is this a known issue or have I got a partly dud remote?

I have two units and neither exhibit that behavior.

Hmm, sounds like my remote is bítched, they are probably quite hard to source nowadays. Has anyone tried adding a DVDO Edge as a device to a universal remote such as a Harmony?

I use mine on my Philips Pronto all the time with no issues.
