Anyone have issues with SMJ before?

Trying to purchase the Cave Shooting Collection through Amazon.co.jp. Yesterday there was no comment about stock on the page, today they have 11 left. I ordered 3 days ago through SMJ and just noticed they updated my item status to "Sold_Out" sometime since last night. I've never had an issue with them before, but I've also only used them for Yahoo. Just looking to see if anyone else has had issues, and also what alternatives there are that are comparable as far as cost is concerned.
