Hi all anyone know where I can get one to use with XRGB Rather use a straight connection than the adapters

That one in the Link looks like a Normal no mention of 21 Pin Jap

What do gamers in Japan use aren't they're already factory made ones to buy ?

Official JP21 cables are available for PS1/2, for Saturn and for Super Famicom (works on US SNES as well).

But they're quite expensive and hard to find. It's usually cheaper to just request a JP21 from a custom cable maker. You can likely just ask retrogamingcables (& co) to change the pinout of their cables for you at a little additional charge.
