Using NTSC USA Super Nintendo With the Framemeister Mini

Post by retrogeek777 »

Hello All, I just wanted to enquire of they're are any issues when using a Standard RGB cable (with 21 Pin Euro To Jap Converter Scart) and the Framemeister Mini will it allow a RGB signal from the USA SNES. Can a Jap RGB 21 Pin SNES Scart be used on a USA SNES For RGB Video as well?

In short can I get RGB Signal from USA SNES (the 1st Larger Model Not Mini SNES)
when using a standard RGB SNES cable or a Japanese Wired RGB Scart with a Framemeister Mini

I'm just contemplating wether to buy a Modded Super Famicom console that plays NTSC USA games which is more expensive or a Standard USA Super Nintendo because I heard you cannot get an RGB signal from a USA SNES on a Framemeister Mini is this true ?

looks like the pinout is the same on all SNES and it seems the SNES 2/jr (smaller one) did not include RGB
