I thought this would be a handy for who XBox 360 or PS3 and are interested in seeing how scanlines may look on their HDTV's.
Some Digital Download games e.g XBOX Live Arcade Games include Scanline emulation Support if you'd like to see what it looks like on your TV. I found one game so far that's Streets of Rage on XBLA it's looks great.
Anyone know other games

On XBox360:
all by M2 converted games, this includes Futari from Cave (retail) and the new Sega Vintage collection titles (xbla). On the retail side also the Raiden Fighters Aces collection. Capcom included scanlines in some of their arcade releases, but usually only paired with "bad convergence emulation", so it looks crappy (SF3, Darkstalkers, Final Fight).

Wonder if we'll ever see a TV manufacture add a retro display mode where is adds scanlines and phosphor glow effect etc. That in itself would probably create input lag

digital overlay can be done lag-free.That in itself would probably create input lag

Anybody tried FBANext 360? A few pretty good looking filters.
Also, try out RetroArch for the 360. Its basically an emulator loader that applies filtering. It has a LOT of filter choices.
