RQ: Side Arms/Hyperdine speed up/down
So I recently began playing this game, and am liking it a lot. One thing that's bugging me though: How do I tell which power up balls will increase my speed? I've noticed that you can find out what weapon you'll be given by shooting the power up orbs, but I've yet to notice any icon indicating a speed up power up and just seem to get it at random. Also I'm told there are power ups that decrease your speed, but I haven't seen any yet. Where are they and what do they look like?

What power-up you get depends on what it is when you pick it up, and you change it by shooting it. Shooting it doesn't reveal what it is, it cycles through the possible ones.
Pow speeds you up, mirrored Pow slows you down. For the latter you have to shoot the power-up many times before it appears.

No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.

Ah, I see. I was under the impression that Pow enhanced your weapon or something. Thanks for clearing that up.

I always thought there's something fishy about movement speed in Side Arms.
Sometimes when I have only one speed it feels as if the robot is still moving too fast....
