Chiki Chiki Boys MD vs. PCE

I remember one of the versions was considered inferior (...I think PCE). Anybody know them both and can give me the lowdown?

I unfortunately can't (and with it very, very playable in Mame don't know why you'd want to play either) but I'm going to comment here to make sure this damn thread gets up to the top where it belongs to be. For the record I had always baselessly assumed the PC-E version was better.

I own the MD version but I've never played he PCE port. However, I watched a gameplay video on youtube of the PCE port and it looks like it runs a lot slower.

The MD versions not too bad, the PCE CD port has remixed music, and sound effects tend to be a tad louder to me, but both play nicely (I own the Genesis version, and have "played" the PCE port). Both aren't quite as colorful as the arcade version.

Love the arcade version to bits.

IIRC, the PCE one was weird in that the sprites were aspect ratio corrected but the backgrounds weren't, or something along those lines. I can't remember if the Genesis cart has all of the really beautiful background graphics (like the tower part.. drool).
