I'm pretty uninformed as far as arcade hardware goes. I have a standard JAMMA Supergun and was looking into the purchase of a Naomi I motherboard + Capcom I/O Adapter. Is this really all I need to play Naomi carts on the Supergun?
Also, will I get any button mapping issues if the Supergun controller I'm using has 4 buttons and a game (Slashout) has 4 input buttons? What are the odds they will all map over properly?

Re: JAMMA Supergun and Naomi questions
Or if you can get ahold of an Sega I/O I or II variant setup and you'd be good to go in that respective department. In fact, you can use such a Sega or Capcom I/O with virtually any of JVS based arcade hardware with a standard Jamma based supergun or candy cab with the following listed examples:
Taito Type X / Type X+ / Type X2
Sega Chihiro
Namco 246
Nintendo Triforce
etc.
