I did a panel this summer about shoot em ups. It was aimed at the beginner, to give them a look into the world of shooting games. Its a little bit shorter than an hour. I based my video on BulletMagnet's Article on Racketboy. I am just dropping it off here, cause it might be interest to you guys, also so you can link to it if you wanted to educate others. But mostly because if you want to do a presentation / panel for your local con, you can just use my video.
You can critique it if you want I don't mind. But too much effort went into this for me to change anything. I see plenty things wrong with it, so I'm sure you guys can find even more wrong with it, but it is not a flawed teaching tool.
It would be super duper awesome if you guys did your own educational videos on specific series, or advanced tips, or general video tutorials for popular games.
