Can't Remember the Name

There was a Raiden like indie mash up shooter I found months ago that I deleted because I hated the controls. I found a program called Xpadder that will make it play better for me though so I want it back.

I remember being able to play as ships from various games and even Mr. Zapdos. What was this game?
