Mark of the Ninja any good?

Post by evil_ash_xero »

Forum?

I got the demo, and thought it was kind of interesting. Anyone have the whole game, and would care to comment?

Is that Mark something ninja bear to let you know they are ninja, or some message they leave behind, like "ninja was here"?

The title reminds me of Die Antwoord actually.
The rear gate is closed down
The way out is cut off

I think it's great. I've played through it twice (the second time on the harder New Game Plus mode that restricts your field of vision and removes the visual cues generated by sounds). It's about 3-4 hours long, so the mechanics don't outstay their welcome, and you continue to unlock new abilities throughout. Levels often have multiple paths to objectives, so even though there is some back-tracking, you can take a totally different route on the way back. Each level also has multiple optional objectives that unlock new costumes with different bonuses. The game doesn't significantly evolve beyond what's presented in the demo, though, so how much you enjoy the full game will depend on what you thought of it.

Great game I think.

I played through it twice, and first time through probably take you 6-7 hour(collecting everything), second time 3-4.

But you probably won't play it more than twice.

First run just used whatever costumes, gears, and played how I felt.

Second run pure stealth gear and beat each level without being seen or killing anyone.

After that I experimented with the other outfits, and really liked the Terror one. You scare guards and just fuck around with everyone, but your score will be low lol. You even have a outfit that suits to fighting rather than sneak killing.

All and all it was worth the 1200 ms points. Lasted longer than a lot of $60 dollar games now days.
Espgaluda III needs to happen.
