Nebulasray PCB: No sound, 1P Right switch not working.

I just received a Nebulasray PCB from an eBay seller. As described in the auction, the board doesn't output sound (a C352 problem?) but there are no graphic issues. Also the 1P Right switch doesn't work (2P is fine).

Just to check that the 1P Right situation was neither a problem with my Sigma Raijin or its Jamma harness, I switched to a Neo-Geo MVS with Gunlord. Zero problems with that one.
Kinect? KIN NOT.

I am not familiar with Nebulas Ray PCB's but maybe it is has surface mounted caps that are leaking?
