Smaller HDTV's with low input lag?

My friends CRT has finally given up the ghost and she's looking for a smaller HDTV for gaming on, but we're struggling to find any information about sets in the 19 inch range. She doesn't have the space for anything larger, so around 19/20" is a must, with a TV tuner built in (so that rules out a lot of monitors)

Anyone aware of a low lag set that in these sorts of screen sizes?

Not sure if they still make them, but Samsung used to have a couple of smaller (22 and 24" I believe) LCD monitors that had built-in tuners and a bunch of inputs as well. No idea what the performance of them is like in terms of processing lag.

Yep, I've got one of those Samsung 19" HDTV monitors. It's a Samsung LN19A330J1D model with all these listed inputs/outputs:

Digital Audio Output (Toslink)

VGA input

Left & Right RCA phono jack outputs/inputs

single HDMI input

RCA composite video input

S-Video input

Headphone jack output

and lastly,

USB slot for servicing/upgrades

I'm not so sure on what the processing lag time of this particular HDTV is, but it sure all the necessary A/V inputs/outputs to handle the classic and modern-day gaming consoles easily.

This above listed particular USA region NTSC Samsung HDTV monitor has the obligatory built-in HD reciever, so it'll go as high as 1080i with off-the-air HDTV programming format easily. Of course, in the USA, most local TV stations broadcast in 720p format to save on transmission bandwith though. I did notice that for the 2012 summer olympic events, NBC was broadcasting in 1080p format.

Looks great, can't find it for sale anywhere, that's usually the story though, models change so fast.
