Looks like some doujin Darius game to me!
Or rather, a mock-up of a Darius game - the way the ship moves is not very realistic, nor does it looks like the Silver Hawk!

The ship almost jerks around like a touch-screen mechanic. Also, it looks like there's a blue-ish "health-bar" at the top of the screen...
That would, for the lack of a better term "make-up" for those seemingly undodgeable red laser blasts?

The ad also shows clips of movies/TV shows...i think the ad creators were just showcasing their "bandwidth"; and the "game" is pretty sharp looking...it's cool that they went with the shmup theme for their example.
