Need help figuring out what this book is (translation,sorta)

Found this at a thrift store in SF. It was full of some of crazy comics where everyone ended up hanging at the end of the noose at the end of each section.

The only English name was "Tekken" on the back. Google reveals nothing.

HALP, plz.

The small "tsu" indicates a double consonant sound for the following character - Therefore it's "NiPPon", not "Nitsupon"
