Gaming Themed Glasses

Post by Enemy »

Been looking for some gaming themed pint glasses to buy. Only thing I can seem to find are these Atari pint glasses

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9YLkKYxWL4

and they seem a nightmare to get in the UK, anyone know of any other themed pint glasses and if so an easy way to either purchase them from the UK without spending a damn fortune.

Probably not the answer you're looking for... But the Atari glasses were (are?) readily available in the US. They were sold at big box retailers, so I'd have to assume that there are more than a few sets around. My wife picked up a set for me a little over a year ago. I'm not a big Atari fan, but I can't argue with the art. It's nothing short of awesome.

You could probably make your own through CafePress or something similar?

Maybe a mall kiosk that does custom mugs / t-shirts / etc?

I have Capcom shot glasses, Sam and Max shot glasses, a GIANT Super Mario Bros. 2 glass mug, plastic Zelda themed dishes and glass, and a Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu mug thing. That's all I've been able to scrounge up in years of looking. Course, I haven't actually looked all that hard...
<@scootnet> if you were a real gamer, you could jerk it to Super Metroid box art
