RQ: Suguri 2 Sora: weapon question

Can anyone explain what the weapon accelerator does and its hyper?
I cant find any information on it.

Using Accelerator temporarily slows everything down, draining your Hyper Gauge while doing so (this effect will not show up in replays).
The Hyper restores some of your red health and lowers your Heat. It may be able to take more than one Hyper Stock, but I haven't tested that.
