I stumbled across it here and it's very noteworthy if not a bit neurotic and fiddly.
It reminded me in feel a bit of Radio Zonde (though not in gameplay), it's got a weird bullet reversal and bombing system, you can deliberately rank it up at the push of a button and the bosses are seriously hard.
It might be worth trying just to deliberately irritate yourself
