MMP & PS (360) Scoreboard resetting?

Quite often when I play Pink Sweets and make a score entry it becomes the solitary highest score and my previous scores are gone (Local Leaderboard).
This has happend with MMP as well. Is this a known bug? Is there any way to prevent this?
My apologies if this has been previously discussed and resolved.

I've not pressed x while on the local leaderboard screen.

After a run when it updates the score the previous entries are gone.

I had this X button happen to me with MMP a few weeks ago, I lost a replay and I erased the local leaderboards by accident probably twice.

I still think the game might be bugged though.
I played only on Score Attack afterwards and the high score that's displayed on the top of the screen kept coming back to 10M all the time, even though I got different scores for days and these scores would appear there every now and then.

Happens to me all the time. Very frustrating, as I love both games. I don't think it has anything to do with pressing X.
