any info on Astro City panel overlay scans?

I want to get get a single player Astro City overlay like this

except I don't want to pay $70 for it. Especially when Gameongrafx sells 2 player ones for $20.

If anybody knows where I can find a scan or high res image that would be great. I could get one made from gameongrafx from that.
