Each time I got my friends Xsync1 connected to the XRGB-3, I use it I see rolling blackouts.
I have it set-up: Xsync1 (VGA socket) > VGA cable > XRGB-3 INPUT (blue pass through) > XRGB-3 VGA cable OUTPUT (blue out) > TV
I'm using regular SCART RGB leads, am I supposed to use raw sync leads instead? I put the Xsync 1 on RGBHV nothing. I'm stumped. ._.

No, with the XSync you don't need Sync cables, that's the whole point.
It probably just isn't wise to use seperate H/V syncs with 15khz RGB signals. I would imagine that using the C-Sync out from the XSync would bear much better results.
