Fake dreamcast Pal shmup cases

I was looking for DC shmups which had PAL release.

I found many pictures of fake Pal dreamcast game.

It's someone making burned CD-R repros. Seems you can contact him to buy one. Clearly illegal, and he's made repros of NG:DEV games.

Though, really, what's the point when you can get a $25 stack of Verbatims yourself?

Legality aside, I'm fairly certain this was a collector's recreational hobby, not done for a means of profit. Some of these are actually really quite good.
