Quick research paper on certain types of Health Care AUSTRIA

I am hoping to find someone from Austria willing to look over a quick research project I did involving Austria (Pre school government assistance/health care and such). Anybody willing to help out? I can PM the paper :) I am just needing a quick look over so I don't sound bias at all (towards the US or Austria), and to make sure I got certain facts right (or worded them right).

-- to everybody else: I am taking a Human Development class. We are discussing certain types of health care, the impact on children, etc. Very interesting stuff- even though I view myself as more of a math guy when my brain works :P
