360 to PS3 controller adapter?

I'm looking to use my 360 pad, on my PS3, lag free. Any ideas?

just watch out - there are several very similar looking devices that are much cheaper but the require a wired original
xbox360 controller to work. wireless with a charging cable won't do also.

this one is stand alone and works flawless until now. tested with several devices for ps2 and ps3.

I'm looking to use my 360 pad on my PS3. For analog games, of course. I've heard of the Cross Battle Adapter, but I don't know if it's any good.
