I have problem with SCART (euro)
everytime on MAK i use DIN8 and RGB ps2 cable (without capacitors on RGB)
I tried to use female scart socket on MAK

this diagram use 180R on +5V
I checked PS2 cable and is only 75ohm
I did not have the resistor 180 and use only 100ohm
I put resistor on female socket on MAK
and standart scart kable male-male
nothing black screean
checked V on 8pin is +5V on 16pin +0,6V
I checked all again my PS2 cable dont have GND on RGB and work I use setup from original PS2 cabale
still nothing
I use original restrictor from PS2 kable
the same.

I think it's a sync problem or tension
