It's a hori by MommysBestGames that mocks the new dashboard for $1. 360 Indie.
The game plays like a single stage Warioware minigame loop reusing some sound assets from Shoot 1up. Obviously new loops increase in speed and bullets.
Some Cave-ish mechanics are in this one like displaying player hitbox, laser slowing player movement to half speed, laser slows down bullets sorta like Guwange, and holding your fire to collect scoring icons.

There are leaderboards. Gold accts only.
I say Nathan "gets it" better than most small time devs and should be supported.
