Arcade Stick for Snes/Nes, PC Engine, Megadrive and Saturn?

I'm looking to get a decent joystick for my retro consoles.

I would prefer not to buy some of the standard sticks as they are pretty rubbish.

I was wondering what are my options with getting a decent arcade stick and modding it to work on all of these?

I'm looking at getting an arcade stick for my ps3, so if that could be modded and I also have a namco ps1 stick so was wondering if that would be an option.

Any suggestions?

The MC cthulhu controller board can do all these, if you want to go the custom route.

You might also consider a ps2 stick + the appropriate converters, or a TE/VLX with a te/vlx kitty board.

Ah yeah, I forgot about that. In that case you'd probably want to do a dual mod with an mc cthulhu and a genesis controller. I think the upcb supports genesis but i don't see that working on often these days.
