HRAP VX SA or Mad Catz TE 2?

I would like to get a new stick for my 360 as I dont like the kinda flimsiness of my EX-2 -

I was looking for a HRAP for it (as I love my PS2 HRAP which I use on PC and PS3), but this one came up -

I'd never actually seen one of them before and do like Sanwa parts as I have them in my DC Agetec Stick - it seems to in general go a bit cheaper than the 'normal' HRAP - is there a reason for this, or is it just because people don't like it's white look or the start button being close to the main 8?

are they better?/or what's the differences between them and a HRAP2 and a HRAP VX SA?

cool - I just wasn't thinking of a convertor cause from what I remember at the start there weren't any 360 convertors - great stuff - I'll add this to my arsenal (GC/DC/PS2 to USB and Saturn to DC)
