Hello all,
I have just picked a beast of a BARCO Monitor up but have no idea how to plug the thing in.
I also have no hardware to test it out on apart from a PAL Megadrive 1 which has only the TV Tuner lead.
Does anyone have any ideas about what the 9 Pin D Type Female Connector's Pin outs are?
How would I connect this up to say a NeoGeo, Megadrive or a SNES for instance?
It also has a SCART Connector on the back.
My Consoles are pretty much all still in Storage, I have some Cables on the way and will post when I get it up and running.

You can use both connectors for 15khz RGB signals.
The DSub9 port uses the usual Barco/Extron pinout (just google), but since the 2840 has got a common Euro-Scart connector for analogue RGB, just use this one.
NG, MD and SNES are fully RGB-compatible. Just get the proper cables from ebay.

Many thanks Fudoh.
I ordered a MD 1 to SCART Cable so this should display correctly.
I shall update you all on how it goes.

I have not managed to find this Pinout online, do you have it to hand?
I did a quick continuity and found R, G and B so that's fine but I'll be needing to find the Audio and Sync Pins to wire up to the 9-pin D-Sub as I have Issues with my SCART connector's 'R' Pin.

You were lucky - I did not get that at all! Cheers - that's exactly what I needed and yes the same googling now works for me too - "a Butterfly flaps its wings and....", ChaosFudoh wrote:"Barco RGB pinout" - first hit on google:
