Well ive been looking around for this monitor for a bout a year, finally this past weekend I saw one on ebay for 100 bucks shipped and decided to plunge. Only problem is it got here this morning, and after ripping through about 15 pounds of packing material there was the monitor. Plugged it in and it doesnt turn on. No clicks no nothing.
Any suggestions? Power supply maybe fried?

You didn't explicity say you checked the power fuse, but do that - this one isn't (?) one that uses a computer ac cable so i presume its tough to simply try another cable?
This is the manual if it helps:

If nothing is immediately helpful, my bet would probably be if nothing at all is happening then the relay on the power switch will have probably gone... if you can just trace where that is you could see if you could fix that or just solder the on/off switch closed [switched on] ...
I'm guessing you don't want the hassle of returning the unit and would rather keep it - otherwise I'd suggest returning it as faulty/claiming.

No I diddnt check the power fuse.
I contacted the ebay seller and they agreed to help pay for repair cost, as it would take around another $100 just to return the faulty one and have them send me another.
So I just ended up taking it to the shop.
