Garou: Mark of the Wolves (for the graphics)
Money Puzzle Exchanger
Neo Turf Masters
Samurai Shodown 3 (for the atmosphere)
Metal Slug X

Zed Blade/Operation Ragnorok is worth checking out for the Manabu Namiki soundtrack (he did Battle Garegga, Daioujou, etc.).

Blazing Star

Samurai Shodown 4

Windjammers

Metal Slug 3

Metal Slug X

It's worth buying an MVS mobo just for Metal Slug 3. One of the best games ever if you ask me.

You're welcome my friend. Best three games on the system. Easily. Fourth best is Ninja Commando.

*hi five*

Magician Lord
The Super Spy (yeah, I know I'm crazy, but it's super cheap too)
Fatal Fury 3
Real Bout Fatal Fury Special
King of Fighters 96
Cyber Lip

Those games are, IIRC, cheap, and provide some high-quality entertainment.

I've been really considering getting a consolized MVS myself.

Listen to PaCrappa, Spin Master is god.

But, my top few? I haven't played much MVS, so:

Metal Slug
Spin Master
Puzzle Bobble

That's all that comes to mind.
The radio said, "No, John. You are the demons."
And then, John was a zombie.

Anybody say Magical Drop 3 yet? A coworker is telling me to buy it and then he'll waste me at it during lunch breaks :)

I keep hearing '98 is the best, but I thought '99 was better... then again, I only played the Dreamcast versions.

How much does a consolized MVS go for, regularly? It works just like any other console, right?

Well, I just recently got a good arcade emulator (Kawaks), and now I think I've found some true gems.

Puzzle Bobble
Samurai Shodown II
Metal Slug 2
Twinkle Star Sprites
Spin Master

Oh, I know there's going to be more. I KNOW.

(Damn, I need an arcade stick.)

(Edit: Yes, I know I repeated half of them, shut up.)

I wouldn't bother with a consolized one, just get a cab/supergun and a cheap 1slot MVS...that way you could play other PCB's

Or if you really need an arcade system consolized, CPS2 is worlds better than NeoGeo ;)
