The main feature of this card is the ability to capture 15KHz RGB signals
when used with the X-SYNC1 (sync H/V splitter). It can capture (concurrently!)
component video, HDMI (without HDCP), DVI (without HDCP), and analog VGA.
Testing notes:
- Switch on the bottom set to OFF.
- USB power cycle needed sometimes for video detection.
- 220uF capacitors on the RGB lines.
