Border Down - Plot details?

Post by gs68 »

So it seems like a fellow shmupper has been contributing to a Border Down TV Tropes page. Not just gameplay information, but also information on the game's story (as outrageous as it sounds considering the standards of typical shmup plots).

I've been trying to look up details in English of Border Down's plot on Google, but no luck. Can anyone fill me in on the specifics? (I don't just mean the backstory, I also mean what goes down in each stage--apparently there is enough information to describe what exactly happens in, say, the Stage 5 boss fight.)

I believe that I wrote something about the plot in my original ST, but I can't seem to find it (in the ST section). Can anyone help...?

(Ahem)

Your ST is here, but there's nothing about the plot.
No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.

Ok, then I will trace back some more info about the plot, anytime soon.
