I'm in the market for a decent printer with scanner capabilities.
What brands should I watch out for?
Which brands should I avoid and why?
I have an influx of .pdf's and ebooks that I would like to have in paper form and hitting up Office Max is getting tedious and expensive and the work library is locking down the printers for everyone but upper clinical staff after 5 pm so i'm in a cobra clutch here.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Cheap Printer recommendation
If you're printing lots of text you might want to consider a laser printer. They're good at that stuff, and you may be able to find cheapish ones. Cost per page should be way down from an inkjet.
